The Company:This stunning, award-winning wedding venue situated in the Yarra Valley is looking for a Sales Manager to join their team. Offering both indoor and outdoor spaces, the Venue pride themselves at creating luxurious, unforgettable experiences for couple's and guests.

- Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 plus super plus comms
- Wed-Sun or Tues-Sat Roster
The Role:
The Sales Manager will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for welcoming and engaging new clients, as well as drive sales and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities include;
- Answer incoming enquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Organise and attend site visits and venue tours to prospective couples/clients.
- Provide a tailored sales experience to prospective couples/clients to engage clients.
- Handle sales administration duties, including inputting sales into the CRM.
- Support general office operations.
- Drive sales and consistently meet/exceed sales targets.
- Manage social media marketing, mainly Instagram, including creating and scheduling posts, and replying to comments and DM's, etc.
- Organise and attend Open Day and other sales focused events.
- Attend industry exhibitions and events to promote the Venue.
The Candidate:
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of converting leads into successful sales, ideally within the wedding/venue sector. You will approach sales with a client-centred approach by listening and connecting with clients to deliver personalised solutions.
- Passion for weddings and events.
- Proven track record of success in sales, whether in B2B or B2C, and know how to engage clients and close deals.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Experience managing social media content and campaigns is highly desirable.
- A passion for weddings and events.
- Ability to work outside of normal business hours when required, as well as able to work regular weekends (role will be either Wed-Sun or Tues-Sat roster).
- Ability to work from the Venue 5 days a week, located in the Yarra Valley.
