The Role:
As the Senior Event Producer, you will lead the end-to-end planning and execution of diverse and complex events. Working closely with clients and internal teams, you’ll oversee every detail to ensure flawless delivery while maintaining creativity, innovation, and budget control.
Key Responsibilities include;
- Take ownership of large-scale projects from concept to completion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop creative event concepts that align with client objectives and brand identity.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Oversee and mentor a team of event professionals, providing leadership and fostering collaboration.
- Liaise with suppliers, venues, and contractors to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to bring innovative ideas to the table.
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be a confident leader with a proven track record in producing high-impact events within an events agency. Expertise in managing complex projects, budgets, and timelines is essential for this role.
- Experience producing corporate events, including roadshows, conferences, and gala dinners.
- Exceptional client relationship and communication skills.
- Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail and innovation.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities under pressure.
- A team player with leadership qualities and a collaborative approach.
- Ability to work outside of normal business hours for events when required.
- Ability to travel interstate for events when required.
