They are looking for an Executive Producer to join their collaborative team.

- Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 plus super depending on experience
The Role:
The Executive Producer is a dynamic and exciting role - you will be part of the leadership team, with responsibility for the successful management and direction of all aspects of a project from brief to execution. This role acts not only in a creative EP capacity but also as the Production Lead for their respective team. Every project or pitch will funnel through this role to ensure consistency, always-on resource management, production efficiencies, and overall profitability. This is a broad role encapsulating client service, strategy, project leads, creative, production, screen, digital, comms requirements, proactive and pitches, and whatever else is necessary for any given project. The EP will need to work very closely with the other Teams and Production Heads on resourcing, delivery processes and budgets. This role is critical in supporting their team to scale in the delivery of projects, working with the Account Leads to ensure the smooth running of their team.
Key Responsibilities include;
- Business and team planning in conjunction with the Account Lead - scope and plan require teams and resources on short and long lead programs of work.
- Manage and oversee teams to ensure growth and more production responsibility.
- Facilitate creative ideation and execution of large scale and unforgettable moments.
- Manage resources ensuring project teams, both freelance and full time are applied to relevant projects.
- Manage operational side of the business including managing work flow for both production and creative teams, overseeing inductions, and train and manage any freelance roles.
- Effectively manage budget for all third party suppliers and streamline the production commercial process and requirements.
- Build strong and effective relationships with clients, attending new client briefings to understand scope and requirements.
- Provide understanding and guidance for creative integration, ensuring the right team is in place to deliver, create budgets and meet financial viability.
The Candidate:
With a great can do attitude and willingness to jump in and help out with any requirements, the successful candidate will have previous experience producing a range of events and have previously worked as a Senior or Executive Producer. The successful candidate will have an events agency background, have managed teams of Producers, APs and Coordinators and have lead client briefs and creative delivery for events.
- Excellent communication, presentation and strategic time management skills.
- Management experience of staff.
- Budget and P&L experience.
- Client relationship management experience and attention to detail driven delivery.
- Pitch and creative brief experience with clients.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, innovative, inspiring and results driven.
- Sound judgment and decision making.
- Flexible and adaptable to work outside of core hours.
- Ability to work from the office 5 days a week.
