The Company:
  
This full-service bespoke creative events agency prides themselves on creating, designing and producing world-class events and experiences for their clients. They manage a wide variety of events from conferences to activations to gala dinners and everything in between. They are looking for an Event Producer to join their growing team.
  
Position Terms:
  • Full-time permanent role, working 5 days a week from the office
  • Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 plus super depending on experience
  • Experience managing or producing events within a creative events agency is essential
The Role:
  
The Event Producer will be responsible for the management and execution of client events, from initial brief to post-event reporting. The Event Producer will be leading event projects, as well as assisting the Executive Producer with the management of events. This role will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  
Key Responsibilities include;
  • Establishing and developing strong client relationships, maintaining constant communication with them on event progress and updates
  • Conducting team and client WIP meetings to ensure everyone is staying on track
  • Creating and maintaining Critical Path, in-depth run sheets, and production schedules
  • Coordinating and contracting relevant suppliers, managing all production and AV elements, developing event contingency plans
  • Maintaining effective event budget management tracking
  • Contributing to overall idea generation of the event design
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, on budget, on strategy, and exceed client expectations
The Candidate:
  
The ideal candidate will have experience working as an Associate Producer, Event Coordinator, or Event Manager looking for their next role within a creative agency. Experience working across different types of events is highly desirable, and experience managing client relationships is required. A background in managing and producing events within a creative events agency is essential.
  • Have a strong background of working in across multiple event types, including brand activations
  • Exceptional client management skills
  • Advance skill level in the use of all MS Office applications
  • Strong team player, outgoing personality
  • Confident in your delivery of events
  • An extreme level of attention to detail
  • Ability to think on your feet
  • Ability to work autonomously, but also as part of a team
  • Excellent risk management skills
  • Ability to work from office 5 days a week
